Total Football Museum brings together two collections built over several decades: Corinthian Museum and Feyenoord Museum.
CORINTHIAN MUSEUM
Corinthian Museum tells the story of football through more than 12,000 football figures: players, clubs, countries and tournaments from across the world and across generations. At its heart is Corinthian, the iconic football figure brand that helped define football figure collecting in the 1990s and 2000s.
FEYENOORD MUSEUM
Feyenoord Museum tells the history of the club through more than 200 match-worn and historic shirts, thousands of cards and other memorabilia dating back more than a century.
WHY TOTAL FOOTBALL?
The name Total Football Museum was chosen for a reason. Total Football became one of the defining ideas of Dutch football in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Feyenoord, under Ernst Happel, played an important part in its development and in 1970 became the first Dutch club to win the European Cup.
But Total means something else here too: it reflects the coming together of more than one collection.
One collection travels across the history of the game through football figures.
The other goes deep into the history of a single club.
Together, they form Total Football Museum.
